Pro Bono Legal Services

We are deeply committed to providing pro bono legal services to individuals and communities who lack the financial means to obtain legal representation but face serious violations of their rights.
Our pro bono work focuses on defending the vulnerable, challenging abuse of power, and promoting accountability within Nigeria’s justice system. We believe that the law should serve as a tool for protection and empowerment, especially for those who are most at risk.
Our Pro Bono Focus Areas Include:
Representation of victims of unlawful arrest, detention, torture, and inhuman treatment.
  • Defence of individuals wrongfully accused or held without trial.
  • Legal support for EndSARS protesters and victims of police brutality.
  • Legal assistance for indigent persons in criminal and civil matters.
Requesting Pro Bono Assistance
Pro bono services are provided at the discretion of the firm and subject to an assessment of the merits of each case and the applicant’s circumstances. Individuals seeking pro bono assistance may be required to submit relevant documentation for review.

Our firm actively collaborates with civil society organizations, human rights groups, and international bodies to strengthen access to justice. We have worked alongside organizations such Society of Digital Newspaper Owners of Nigeria (SDNON)  in providing free legal aid to Journalists who are victims of abuse by security agencies.

Through strategic litigation, advocacy, and public interest cases, we seek not only to resolve individual matters but also to drive systemic change and uphold the rule of law.
